Golis Construction, Inc. was established in 2002 by Thomas B. Golis, CM, as a small family owned commercial construction company. Thomas brought 25 years of a successful construction career and formed his new company offering the best of knowledge from past projects such as the Bronco Stadium Expansion in Boise, ID to the Floating Golf Green for the Coeur d’Alene Golf and Spa Resort in Coeur d’Alene, ID.
The company as operating today began years earlier with Thomas and Brandon C. Fonnesbeck, working together on a large public works project in downtown Boise, ID. A professional relationship formed and molded into the partnership and working dynamic that drives the company today. Growing each year since 2002 with more work and bidding opportunities beginning to grow in scale and difficulty, Thomas and Brandon began hiring and developing staff to manage projects. While new staff entered the company, Tom and Brandon have never let go of the personal management of each project and always pride themselves on taking a hands on approach and managing each project to a successful completion

Golis Construction provides a full range of Construction Management services across all phases of a project, from the planning and conceptual phase to project start up and closeout. In addition, full General Contracting services are available during the course of construction.
